One person. Full stack. Quebec.
I'm Rafal. I build and run UTX Web Inc. from Quebec.
The short version
I'm a solo software developer. I build vertical SaaS for small businesses: a TMS for freight companies, a league manager for soccer organizations, a maintenance tool for mechanic shops. I designed each one, I shipped each one, and I'm the person who answers the phone when something breaks.
How I work
No project managers. No ticket queues. No support tiers. When you email me, I read it. When you call, I answer. I scope the work, I build it, I ship it, and I stand behind it. If something's broken at 11 PM, that's when it gets fixed. The whole point of working with one person is that one person actually owns the outcome.
Stack
Ruby on Rails 7 and 8, PostgreSQL, Heroku, AWS Textract, Twilio. Astro and Tailwind for marketing sites. Claude Code as my daily driver. I pick tools based on what the job needs, not what's trending. I've been writing production code for over a decade.

Email me directly. Same person who builds it picks up the conversation.
